If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. We will tell you the shipping rates after the order is placed, in coordination with the shipping company.
Rates are based on orders shipped via Ground within the contiguous 48 states. A carrier will be selected by XPD Auto.
How To Return An Item
If you have an issue with an item you ordered, every effort will be made to resolve it. However, if no resolution can be found, we do offer refunds. Your money will be returned to you or you may choose to use it as credit towards future purchases. Processing and re-stocking fees may be deducted. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase

Please note: There are times “XPDAUTO” will provide you with the return address of the manufacturer where the product originated. You must return the shipment to the address provided in the return ticket.
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
ALL RETURNS NEED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
In cases where, for example, you order the wrong size part, if the part is returned in like-new condition, you may exchange it for the correct part. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Products Availability
Products may not be available for immediate delivery. “XPDAUTO” reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products. If there is any revision or cessation of the product ordered by Customer, “XPDAUTO” may ship products, which have functionality similar to the products ordered, but there may be differences in the specifications or brand between what was shipped and what was ordered. “XPDAUTO” may revise or discontinue any of the products offered for sale at any time.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed on in-stock items will generally ship within 48 hours. “XPDAUTO” drop ships orders directly from the manufacturer. Every effort will be made to accommodate EXPEDITED orders. Please note that if you have a change of billing or shipping address, there may be a slight delay in processing your order, which may impact shipping time. Please note that shipments are sent directly from the manufacturer/affiliate warehouses and are subject to shipping times available from their docks. Please note: freight deliveries are not sent to private homes. Freight deliveries are intended for commercial addresses only. Customer is required to be present when freight deliveries are made. Customer is required to have a loading dock /forklift and operator present at time of delivery. Truck freight companies DO NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the shipment after it has been lowered to the ground. “XPDAUTO” is not liable for any order that does not meet the above stated requirements. If there are any additional charges related to the delivery of an order due to the customers lack of meeting said requirements, customer will be charged any additional amounts to fulfill the order. XPDAUTO offers Ground shipping (which is 3-7 Business Days – delivery based on distance to destination).
